Welcome to Kelly’s Dreamland (“KD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are a private lifestyle brand and event production company that curates inclusive experiences, coaching, retreats, educational materials, and sensual entertainment rooted in alternative adult lifestyle communities. By accessing our website, purchasing a ticket or product, or participating in any KD event, you agree to these Terms of Service & Use (“ToSU”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and services immediately.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old to use our website or purchase any product or service.

• For in-person event participation:

  • Female-identifying members must be 21+

  • Male-identifying members must be 25+

By accessing or engaging with Kelly’s Dreamland in any capacity, you affirm that you meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements.

2. Permitted & Prohibited Website Use

Permitted Use:

Our website and services are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may:

• Browse and purchase products or tickets

• Create an account

• Engage with our content and platform features

Prohibited Activities:

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Upload or distribute malicious, illegal, or offensive content

• Violate any intellectual property rights

• Use the platform to harass, defraud, or impersonate others

 

3. User Accounts

• Account Creation: Some features require registration. You must provide accurate and complete information.

• Account Security: You are responsible for your login credentials and activity on your account.

• Termination: We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these ToSU without prior notice.

 

4. User-Generated Content

• Submission Guidelines: Content (comments, testimonials, etc.) must be lawful and respectful.

• License Grant: By posting or submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it in marketing and promotions.

• Content Liability: You are solely responsible for anything you post or submit.

 

5. Services & Products

Kelly’s Dreamland offers:

• Events (live, recorded, virtual)

• Coaching sessions and mentorship

• Digital and physical educational materials

• Branded merchandise

All services are for entertainment and education only. They are not medical, therapeutic, or clinical services.

 

6. Event Participation & Code of Conduct

• All participants must complete vetting and waivers prior to attending in-person events.

• Activities may include burlesque, fetish demonstrations, kink education, and adult-themed performance art.

• All activities are consensual, curated by professionals, and participation is voluntary.

• Illegal activity, harassment, and disregard for consent or boundaries will result in immediate removal and ban.

 

7. Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed through authorized third-party processors (e.g., PaymentCloud, Stripe).

• By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your card for your purchase or subscription.

• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other options as listed.

 

8. Subscription Services

• Subscriptions are billed automatically at the selected interval.

• Cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid charges.

• No refunds for partial months or unused portions.

 

9. Refund Policy

• All tickets, membership fees, and services are non-refundable, except in cases where otherwise stated.

• Merchandise may be exchanged within 10 days of delivery, in unused condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

10. Media & Recording

• Events may be photographed or recorded by KD’s in-house production team for promotional purposes.

• Masks are available for privacy upon request at check-in.

• Personal recording devices are strictly prohibited.

• Likeness removal from promotional footage may incur an administrative processing fee.

 

11. Intellectual Property

• All content, visuals, trademarks, and materials are owned or licensed by Kelly’s Dreamland LLC.

• You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without prior written consent.

• You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial use license for personal engagement only.

 

12. Event Terms & Disclaimers

• Ticket Use: Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

• General Admission: First come, first served for seating.

• Panel Lineups: Subject to change without notice.

• Live Recording: By attending, you consent to being filmed or recorded.

 

13. Health, Safety & Accessibility

• Follow venue-specific protocols regarding safety, health, and entry.

14. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By attending a KD event or using our services:

• You accept full personal responsibility for your experience.

• You waive KD and its partners from liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from your participation.

• You acknowledge the voluntary and adult nature of all activities.

 

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kelly’s Dreamland, its affiliates, staff, and contractors from any claims arising from your use of the site, products, or services.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governed by the laws of the State of Georgia

• All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

• You waive your right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

 

17. Modifications & Updates

We reserve the right to modify these ToSU at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. Notices will be posted on our website.

 

18. Severability

If any part of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.

 

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service & Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Kelly’s Dreamland, superseding any prior terms or discussions.
