All sales are nonrefundable and nontransferable unless the owners cancels the event.

Parking Policy
By purchasing your membership and opting to park onsite, self-parking is available in the parking lot directly in front of the venue. Use your discretion to remove or conceal all valuables before arrival. You understand Kelly's Dreamland is not liable for any damage or theft of vehicles.

Consent Policy
Our community is 100% consent mandatory. This means consent must be informed, freely-given, coherent, ongoing, sober, enthusiastic, clear, specific, essential, comfortable, active, and reversible/changeable. Everyone’s boundaries are respected, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all.

Dungeon Policy

Our sex dungeon is a safe, consensual, and respectful environment. All activities must be consensual, following our strict consent guidelines, and monitored by our trained staff and Resident Dom. Respect for others' boundaries and privacy is paramount, and any violation will result in mediation, education, followed by immediate removal from the premises and dismissal from our community.

Shut In Policy
We will shut and lock all doors at a certain time prior to the sex dungeon opening. There will be no access in or out of the venue until 3 am. By purchasing a membership, you understand this.

Indemnification Policy

By purchasing membership, you and your party agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kelly Dreamland, from any and all liability, loss, damages, attorneys' fees, or expenses. We encourage all to report suspicious and inappropriate conduct immediately to staff and security.

Identification Policy

All members are required to show their government-issued id and the debit/credit card used to purchase their membership. No exceptions.​​
