Age Certification

I certify that I am of legal age to participate in Kelly’s Dreamland events, with the minimum age requirement being 25 years old for male members and 21 years old for female members.  

 

Voluntary Participation

I affirm that my participation in Kelly’s Dreamland is a fully conscious and voluntary choice. I understand that Kelly’s Dreamland events are exclusively for adults and may feature professional alternative lifestyle content, including but not limited to burlesque, striptease, and fetish content. I acknowledge that all activities are conducted safely and consensually by trained professionals.

 

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

I agree not to hold Kelly’s Dreamland, its event organizers, or venue owners accountable for any losses, liabilities, injuries, damages, or harm that may arise from my attendance or involvement in any event.  

 

Event Rules and Refund Policy

I agree to adhere to all event rules and policies, including the understanding that membership fees, vending fees, and any purchases are non-refundable. This policy applies to all attendees, vendors, personnel, and contractors involved.  

 

Media and Recording

I acknowledge that events at Kelly’s Dreamland may be recorded by an in-house production team for marketing and promotional purposes. Facial blurring or likeness removal will not be provided in post-production by default. Masks are available for purchase at check-in for members seeking additional privacy. To maintain a safe and respectful environment, the use of personal cameras or recording devices is strictly prohibited. If I request the removal of my likeness from a publicized recordings due to oversight in reading and agreeing to the terms of use, where this policy is clearly stated, I understand that a fee will be applied to process the removal request.

 

Conduct and Consent

I affirm my commitment to engaging in consensual activities only and agree to treat myself and all other attendees with respect and dignity. I understand that any activities deemed illegal outside the venue are strictly prohibited within the venue.  

 

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By becoming a member of Kelly’s Dreamland and attending any events, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of use. I understand that failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of my access.
