Welcome to Kelly’s Dreamland, a private membership-based community designed to foster a safe, consensual, and empowering environment for adults to explore and celebrate diverse lifestyle experiences. By purchasing access to any Kelly’s Dreamland event, you become a member and agree to the following Terms of Use:

Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old to use our website or purchase any product or service.

• For in-person event participation:

  • Female-identifying members must be 21+

  • Male-identifying members must be 25+

By accessing or engaging with Kelly’s Dreamland in any capacity, you affirm that you meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements.

 

Permitted & Prohibited Website Use

Permitted Use:

Our website and services are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may:

• Browse and purchase products or tickets

• Create an account

• Engage with our content and platform features

Prohibited Activities:

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Upload or distribute malicious, illegal, or offensive content

• Violate any intellectual property rights

• Use the platform to harass, defraud, or impersonate others

User Accounts

• Account Creation: Some features require registration. You must provide accurate and complete information.

• Account Security: You are responsible for your login credentials and activity on your account.

• Termination: We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these ToS without prior notice.

 

User-Generated Content

• Submission Guidelines: Content (comments, testimonials, etc.) must be lawful and respectful.

• License Grant: By posting or submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it in marketing and promotions.

• Content Liability: You are solely responsible for anything you post or submit.

 

Voluntary Participation
I acknowledge that my participation in Kelly’s Dreamland events is completely voluntary and intentional. I understand that these events are exclusively for consenting adults and may include alternative lifestyle content such as burlesque, striptease, fetish demonstrations, and other adult-themed performances. I recognize that all activities are conducted in a safe, respectful, and consensual manner by vetted and trained professionals.

 

Event Terms & Disclaimers

• Ticket Use: Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

• General Admission: First come, first served for seating.

• Panel Lineups: Subject to change without notice.

• Live Recording: By attending, you consent to being filmed or recorded.

 

Health, Safety & Accessibility

• Follow venue-specific protocols regarding safety, health, and entry.

• For accessibility needs, contact customer service 48 hours prior to the event at info@kellysdreamland.com.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
I release Kelly’s Dreamland, its organizers, team members, and venue partners from any responsibility for injuries, damages, losses, or incidents that may occur during or as a result of my attendance or participation. I assume full responsibility for my experience at any Kelly’s Dreamland event.

Refund Policy
I agree to comply with all event rules and understand that all fees, including tickets, memberships and service purchases, are non-refundable. This applies to all attendees, vendors, staff, and contractors. Full refund policy: https://www.kellysdreamland.com/refund-policy.

Media and Recording
I acknowledge that events at Kelly’s Dreamland may be recorded by an in-house production team for marketing and promotional purposes. Facial blurring or likeness removal will not be provided in post-production by default. Masks are available for purchase at check-in for members seeking additional privacy. To maintain a safe and respectful environment, the use of personal cameras or recording devices is strictly prohibited. If I request the removal of my likeness from a publicized recordings due to oversight in reading and agreeing to the terms of use, where this policy is clearly stated, I understand that a fee will be applied to process the removal request.

 

Conduct and Consent
I commit to participating in all activities with mutual consent, communication, and respect. I will conduct myself with integrity and acknowledge that any illegal activities are strictly prohibited, both within and outside of the event space.

Acknowledgment and Agreement
By becoming a member and attending a Kelly’s Dreamland event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above. I understand that violating these terms may result in suspension or termination of my membership and event access.

• General Admission: Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis by door staff. Early arrival is encouraged for preferred seating.

• Event Details: Dates, times, and locations are subject to change. Please do not opt out of emails or text messages, as this is how updates will be communicated.

• Promotional Content: Video promos feature highlights from past events and may not reflect the current panel lineup. Panelists are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

• Health & Safety: Venue-specific health and safety protocols may be in effect. Please follow all posted and communicated guidelines.

• Media Consent: By attending, you agree to be filmed, photographed, and recorded. Content may be used for promotional purposes by Kelly’s Dreamland.

• VIP & Merch Perks: Perks included with VIP packages or merchandise bundles are non-transferable and may vary based on availability.

• Ticket Policy: All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for other dates or times.

• Ticket Access: Please have your ticket ready via mobile or email upon entry. Physical copies are not required.

• Accessibility: For special accommodations, contact customer service at least 48 hours in advance of the event.

• Parking: Parking fees may apply depending on the venue.

• Live Recording Notice: This is a live recorded event. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to your image and voice being captured and used in promotional content.
