
Refund Policy

​All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales, merchandise sales, and service purchases made through Kelly’s Dreamland ("KD") are final. KD does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to missed events, scheduling conflicts, illness, personal emergencies, or dissatisfaction with the event or service.
Event Cancellation Policy
In the rare event that KD cancels an event, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket purchase price. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. KD is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs.

Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled for any reason, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued unless KD determines that the event cannot be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe. If a refund is issued, it will be processed per the terms.

Event Timing
KD reserves the right to alter active event timing for any reason, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, venue restrictions or operational mishaps, or KD operational adjustments. Any such changes will be communicated with all attendees as soon as an action plan is constructed to maintain the flow of the event and meet attendee expectations. Changes to event timing do not qualify for refunds, and KD shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience or costs incurred due to such adjustments.
Force Majeure
KD is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, labor strikes, or acts of God.
Hold Harmless Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, product, or service and/or attending a KD event, all attendees, participants, and guests acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with event participation. Attendees expressly agree to release, waive, and hold harmless KD its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and any venue hosting the event from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, whether direct or indirect, arising from their attendance, participation, or engagement in any KD-sponsored activity. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, illness, accidents, property damage or loss, loss of time, dissatisfaction, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond KD’s reasonable control.

KD collaborates with third-party vendors, venues, practitioners, educators, and other partners to curate and execute its events. While every effort is made to ensure a seamless experience, KD is not responsible for the actions, performance, availability, or reliability of any third-party entity. Any disruptions, cancellations, or mishaps resulting from third-party partnerships do not entitle attendees to refunds or compensation, nor do they create any liability for KD. In such cases of active events, KD reserves the right to offer rescheduled credits, or partial refunds at its sole discretion. By attending, participants acknowledge that external factors may impact event execution and accept that KD assumes no responsibility for such variables.
Acknowledgment of Policy
By purchasing a ticket, product, or service from KD, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms of this refund policy and hold harmless agreement. Failure to comply with event rules, terms, or conditions will not result in a refund.
